Once an order has been processed, we will arrange for warehousing and shipping as quickly as possible.

Our standard shipping time is 2 days (within the United States).

IV. Do you have any clearance sales or promotional events?

Due to ongoing operational pressures and issues regarding capital tied up in inventory, we have currently initiated a clearance plan for select ladle products—even at a loss—in order to optimize our inventory and accelerate stock turnover. These items are available at significantly reduced prices; however, stock is limited and available only while supplies last.

V. Can I return items? What is the return window?
We do accept returns; the return window is 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Returned items must be unused and remain in their original packaging with all components intact.
Return requests submitted more than 30 days after receipt cannot be accepted.
